Our 30-Day Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your Breovi purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date — no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Products do not need to be unused or returned
  • One refund per customer per product

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@breovi.com with subject: "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]"
  2. Include your order number and a brief note about your experience
  3. We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days
  4. Your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email support@breovi.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no charge.
